Pack up the toys and head to the playground of your choice in this Keystone Impact fifth wheel toy hauler model 311. With 10' of cargo area, and an 8' rear ramp door, loading and unloading won't take much time at all.
The cargo area features a second side entry door for access when the ramp door is closed. There is plenty of overhead cabinet space for storage and it is prepped for a washer and dryer. When the toys are unloaded you can enjoy dual opposing sofas with a top queen bed for more living and sleeping space for family or extra guests.
Head into the main living area through an interior door or second side entry in the center of the unit. There is a large slide out sofa for relaxing and hanging out, or watching the 40" TV across the room.
The kitchen features an L-shaped counter with double sink for easy cleanup. There is also a pantry for storage, an 8 cu. ft. refrigerator, and three burner range.
Step up to a bath with angled shower, toilet and sink. The bath has dual entry from the main living space and also from within the master suite up front.
Access the front bedroom from a separate set of steps off to the side where you will find a wardrobe and dresser slide on one side, and a residential queen bed or optional Fuzion king. There is overhead storage along with more storage at the sides of the bed.
On the outside there is exterior storage for all of your gear, and a 30 gallon fuel station with pump will most certainly keep the fun going all weekend long!
