It has been my experience, over many years of receiving service on my RV at Paul Evert's RV Country, that Mr Jason Hunt, Service Advisor, represents your company in a most exemplary fashion.
He always presented himself in a professional, helpful and friendly manner. Jason was always knowledgeable about service options, offered suggestions and always seemed to have the customer's well-being in mind. Even though encountering him in the most disadvantaged environment, that of have to spend money to have repairs/service performed on my RV, I always felt comfortable with Jason and his service.

I will always recommend Paul Evert's RV Country to my friends and acquaintances for RV service.

Please accept our heartfelt gratitude for the excellent service we recently received at the Fresno, CA facility of Paul Evert's RV Country on April 11, 2011. What started out to be a routine maintenance service of our 2005 Allegro Bus resulted in a major repair of a leakage in the passenger side of the bay area. The entire staff there treated us with consideration during a time which was extremely stressful for us. We have been fulltime RVers for six years and everytime we have needed services at Paul Evert's, we have experienced great treatment. We especially want to thank Chris Arreola and Rod Ploeckelmann for their knowledge, skills, insight, preparedness and professionalism. They are appreciated and are very valuable at what they do. Please see that these two men and the other employees receive and accept our commendation. Also, thanks for the yummy popcorn!

I purchased my 97 HR Imperial in Bullhead City, AZ last December. It had some problems so two weeks ago I took it to Paul Evert's in Fresno. The service department was great especially Hank the Service Manager. He worked hard to get my coach repaired and between Bob the GM at Bullhead and Hank they fixed my concerns at no charge to myself. We just took a trip to Sacramento, then to Pismo Beach and back home and we had a fantastic time.

Thanks Hank and Bob. It's nice to be able to say good things about a repair facility rather than just the bad. They earned my business and my respect.

I had a horrendous leak on the driver-side door that I had taken to another RV repair facility to have repaired and several hundred dollars later it was still leaking like I left the door open. Paul Evert's repaired the door and a few other things I had on the list well beyond my expectations. The next weekend after the repairs there was a thunderstorm that lasted for hours and no leaks were found. I am very happy with the service provided by the technician and the service writer, Jason. - David from Merced, CA

It is our privilege to write this letter of commendation for Jason Hunt, Service Writer at your dealership.

We first met Jason in August of last year when we check in for repairs to our 2010 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. The repairs were necessitated after a wheel broke loose from a trailer being towed toward us on a 2-lane highway. The wheel crossed the center line at a relative speed of over 100mph, bounced up and hit the front of our motorhome just below the driver's location.

The repairs were complicated and took 2 months to complete. During that time we were impressed with Jason's professionalism, interpersonal skills and expertise. We appreciated how he regularly kept us apprised on the progress of the repairs.

Last month we were back at Paul Evert's RV Country for roof and dash A/C and windshield repairs. During the day, as we waiting in the customer lounge, Jason would check in with us periodically and give us updates on how the repairs were going. After the repairs were finished we returned to Monterey.

Unfortunately, the dash A/C still didn't work. Last week, Tom returned the Endeavor to Fresno. Jason expedited a complete examination, which included the cleaning and assembling of the dash A/C system in two days, despite the unplanned nature of the work. On last Tuesday afternoon, he completed the paperwork promptly with a smile and a handshake, telling Tom, "If you ever have a concern or question, don't hesitate to contact us at any time. We're here to help you!"

We can depend on Jason. His accessibility and open and honest manner makes it easy for us to ask questions. He makes us feel comfortable, so that our repair experiences were extremely positive.

Jason's caring interpersonal skills are an asset to your dealership. He is genuinely customer-centered! We will recommend him, without hesitation, to any of our friends who are considering service at Paul Evert's RV Country in the future.
